Hans Hansen (1884–1940) was a Danish silversmith renowned for his innovative craftsmanship and forward-thinking designs. Born in Kolding, Denmark, he developed a passion for metalwork at an early age and pursued formal training in silversmithing before establishing his own workshop in 1906. Hansen’s early collections quickly gained attention for their clean lines and high-quality workmanship, laying the foundation for what would become a hallmark of Danish modernist silver design.
