At Carmel Fine Silver Jewelry, your satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes a piece might not be what you expected, and we're here for you. Here's our straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience:

Change of Heart? No Problem!

We accept returns and cancellations. If you change your mind, simply reach out within 10 days of delivery. For cancellations, let us know before the item ships. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. Return Shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except when a return is due to an item not matching its description.

Condition for Return

For a full credit, returned items must be in their original, sold condition. Items returned in a different condition are not eligible for credit. Should this happen, we can send the item back to you, with shipping at your cost, upon request.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contactus@carmelsilver.com. If desired, we'll provide a return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your return credit). Credits are issued promptly once we verify the item's condition. Remember to contact us first before sending anything back.

International Orders

We cannot refund Duties or VAT for international orders. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to obtain a credit from your government entities.

Inaccurate Listing Commitment

Gift Cards and Exchanges

Gift cards are non-returnable. Due to the unique nature of our products, we don't offer exchanges. Feel free to purchase any new item you like and return the original for credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
