Change of Heart? No Problem!
Condition for Return
For a full credit, returned items must be in their original, sold condition. Items returned in a different condition are not eligible for credit. Should this happen, we can send the item back to you, with shipping at your cost, upon request.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contactus@carmelsilver.com. If desired, we'll provide a return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your return credit). Credits are issued promptly once we verify the item's condition. Remember to contact us first before sending anything back.
International Orders
We cannot refund Duties or VAT for international orders. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to obtain a credit from your government entities.
Inaccurate Listing Commitment
Accuracy matters to us. If a product doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a full refund, including return shipping costs. Use the shipping label we provide for all such returns. Contact us at contactus@carmelsilver.com.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us immediately at contactus@carmelsilver.com so we can address the issue.
Gift Cards and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-returnable. Due to the unique nature of our products, we don't offer exchanges. Feel free to purchase any new item you like and return the original for credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
