Dieses Stück ist eine großartige Brosche aus der Vintage-Schmuckkollektion von Georg Jensen und wurde von Gundorph Albertus entworfen, einem talentierten Kunsthandwerker der renommierten Georg Jensen Company in Dänemark. Es wurde in den 1940er Jahren gefertigt und gehört zu den wenigen Designs, die sowohl von Georg Jensen Dänemark als auch von Georg Jensen USA gefertigt wurden. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs verhinderten logistische Herausforderungen den Versand von Produkten zwischen Dänemark und den USA, was dazu führte, dass der US-Betrieb Stücke mit der Bezeichnung Georg Jensen, Inc. USA produzierte und entwarf. Diese manchmal auch „Ananasnadel“ genannte Brosche verkörpert den Charme der Mid-Century-Ästhetik und wurde von Gundorphs ikonischem Kaktus-Besteckdesign inspiriert.
