What if I want to contact someone?

Please feel free to email us at contactus@carmelvintagejewelry.com.  Our working hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  If possible, we will answer your questions outside of these hours.  

What if I don't like my order when it arrives or I change my mind?

No problem. All items in their original condition are returnable per our return policy. Please click here to see our Return Policy.

Are all the gems and metals genuine?

Carmel Fine Silver Jewelry will use its best judgment and experience to describe any stones or metals used in the jewelry. If unsure, we may provide a suggestion as to the stone or metal used. In general, we do not test or certify that materials are genuine. Should you feel that we have inaccurately described a stone, gem, or material, you may return the piece for a full refund, including shipping. 

Does Carmel Fine Silver Jewelry offer layaway? 

Yes, we have two programs that offer extended payment terms.
